The custom AE1 is available with the optional ambient tube feature to allow in ambient sound while maintaining the seal of a full isolation monitor. Unlike the others...our ambient feature come with four different plugs that allow for full isolation all the way up to full open hole for maximum ambient live sound.

In ear monitors can sometimes isolate you from the rest of the band and the audience.
Ambient Tubes allow outside ambient noise to enter the canal along with the monitored
sound to create a "live" ambient sound...they come with a plug so can can switch back and forth from Ambient to Isolation.
