Print it....send it in with your monitors (address is on the form). If you require a remold please include impressions when sending in your repair.
Alien Ears now only repairs our own brand of monitors.

30 DAY FIT GUARANTEE:
Alien Ears provides a 30 day unlimited fit warranty from the original shipping date
1 YEAR LIMITED:
Material defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date. Damage or breakage due to use contrary to Alien Ears instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the Product is not covered by the warranty. Use a limiter because blown drivers are not covered under warranty. Due to the nature of cords they are not covered under warranty. Warranty Covers:
crossovers
internal wiring
cracked shells (not from damage)
sockets
Warranty does NOT cover:
cracked or broken shells
blown drivers (use a fast limiter to stop transient spikes!)
cords
REMOLD SERVICE WARRANTY: (Remold from Generic to Custom)
Warranty only applies to outer shell of remolded monitors. Internal components are NOT covered under our warranty.
We test your parts before we remold and simply move your parts (we do not rewire) to our shells and then test them and send them to you.
Free Refit is 30 Days from the day you receive your monitors.
Shell warranty is 30 days for the remold service from manufacturer defect. crush or chipped
out shells are not covered. No other refund policies apply to the remold.
*Cancelled & Abandoned Orders:
USA:
CancelledOrders where impressions have not been received are accessed a $20 (PER KIT) imp kit fee.
CancelledOrders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $40)
If shells are complete a total of $100 shell fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Orders are deemed abandoned and voided after 6 months (1 year on gift cards)
Refunds can take up to a week to process
After monitors are complete there are no refunds
NON-USA:
CancelledOrders where impressions have not been received are accessed a $35 (PER KIT) imp kit fee.
CancelledOrders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $55)
If shells are complete a total of $100 fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Orders are deemed abandoned and voided after 6 months (1 year on gift cards)
Refunds can take up to a week to process
