Order your custom product first and wait for the interactive invoice to be emailed to you. This email will contain your interactive invoice and full instructions and where and how to send your impressions including impression kit instructions and audiologist take along sheet.

To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization please go to www.alienears.com/service
and fill out the service request and an RMA will be sent to you email. Include this
RMA with your return.
