Why cant I find an address?
The reason for this is because many people were sending in impressions with no order forms and repairs with
no repair authorization...some with no names on them at all!
This throws a wrench into the machine and stops us from being efficient and getting your monitors out in a timely manner. When
you order you will be emailed your interactive invoice with full instructions. For repairs see below.

New Orders:
Order your custom product first and wait for the interactive invoice to be emailed to you. This email will contain your interactive invoice and full instructions and where and how to send your impressions including impression kit instructions and audiologist take along sheet.
