E9, E15 and E25 Musician's Earplugs  were designed for musicians and sound engineers as a necessary companion during live performance and recording. Their unique design allows each level of protection to be worn comfortably even during extended periods of high sound pressure levels. Sound is attenuated by specialized filters that provide equal levels of protection at all frequencies.

The custom fit and soft vinyl construction provide years of use. The E9, E15 and E25 are now used by professionals in all audio-related fields — live performance, sound engineering, recording, critical listening, etc.

The E9 attenuates (reduces) sound pressure levels by 9dB across the entire frequency spectrum at the ear. Levels are reduced by 15dB with the E15 and 25dB with the E25. 9dB, 15dB and 25dB filters are interchangeable on the same earpiece depending on the application.


We are the only manufacturer to incorporate a snap-ring into the ER earmold to prevent the attenuating filters from falling out under strenuous use.

A  unique feature is that we machine and mount a custom seat for the filter into the earplugs. Other manufacturers skip this extra step and their customers suffer with lost filters.

These high quality soft vinyl earplugs come in their own padded pocket carrying case.
The filters are manufactured by Etymotic research and come in 9, 15 and 25 dB attenuation versions.
  • 9 dB means sound is heard at about ½ unprotected
  • 15 dB means sound is heard at about 1/3 unprotected
  • 25 dB means sound is heard at about 1/5 unprotected

CE1 Noise Plugs were designed for workers exposed to unsafe noise levels on-the-job. Since the CE1 is made for each ear and each individual, it is comfortable to wear for long periods of time without discomfort. Sound is attenuated by the space-age materials that the CE1 is manufactured from.

The custom fit and Satin Soft construction provide years of use on even the most demanding jobs. The CE1 is now used by workers in all types of fields — machinists, lawn workers, forklift operators, mechanics, etc. as well as people in all walks of life — garage mechanics, domestic engineers, etc. to help abate noisy environmental working or playing conditions.

The CE1 attenuates (reduces) sound pressure levels by 10-45dB across the entire frequency spectrum at the ear. For example, levels are reduced by 29dB at 125Hz, 45dB at 4kHz and 44dB at 8kHz.

Reduction of environmental sound is why these plugs were developed. The plugs are nearly indestructible and should last for about five years before they need to be replaced in adults. The plugs are guaranteed for a one year period against workmanship, materials and fit.
