WHAT WE WILL DO...
Monitors must be in full working order...We check components...remove all the components from your generic fit monitor (i.e. Shure E5)  or custom monitor (i.e. ue11) and put them in your own custom molded fixed cord (or upgrade to detachable cord!)  Alien Ears Monitor!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Monitor must be a balanced armature transducer type
     
  • Original cord will be used if possible and new custom monitor will be a fixed cord monitor
    (unless monitor is detachable cord already)
    Detachable cord option is $40 and includes a new cord.
     
  • Your generic fit monitor or other companies custom monitor shells will be destroyed in the process and not returned (this must be done to remove components)
     
  • Ambient feature is not available on remolds
     
  • Warranty:
    90 day perfect fit guarantee (we remake for free) / 1 Year manufacturer defect on shell only
    old monitors internal components are not covered in warranty

Ambient Tubes $25

In ear monitors can sometimes isolate you from the rest of the band and the audience.
Ambient Tubes allow outside ambient noise to enter the canal along with the monitored
sound to create a "live" ambient sound...they come with a plug so can can switch back and forth
from Ambient to Isolation.
IMPORTANT: The Ambient feature can not be installed in triple driver units due to space restrictions.
If your generic fit monitors components do not allow enough room for the ambient feature we will
refund the Ambient feature price.

DETACHABLE CORD UPGRADE TO REMOLD $40
In most cases you can upgrade to a detachable cord!
 If your generic fit monitors do not allow for a detachable cord  we will
refund the upgrade feature price and use your  original fixed cord.
