Service Request

  1. Download the pdf file below
  2. Print and fill it out
  3. Sign it and send it in with your repair to the address on the form
  • Do not send units with your hard shelled tour case
  • Cords are not needed for repairs
  • If you are having an issue with monitors cutting in and out or not functioning try swapping your cord around to make sure it is not the cord
  • If both sides are not functioning you will need to try a new cord.
  • Check your sound tubes for any ear wax
