Alien Ears is a full service lab and can repair our products. (as well as others)

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
By purchasing Alien Ears products you agree to the terms and conditions of
all the warranties and stipulations stated below.

90 DAY FIT GUARANTEE:
Alien Ears provides a 90 day unlimited fit warrant from the original shipping date

1 YEAR LIMITED:
Material defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date.  Damage or breakage due to use contrary to Alien Ears instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the Product is not covered by the warranty, nor is the cord.  Replacement cords are available at www.AlienEars.com/replace.htm

REMOLD SERVICE: (Remold from Generic to Custom)
Warranty only applies to outer shell of remolded monitors. Internal components are NOT covered under our warranty.
We simply move you parts to our shells. Shell warranty is 90 days for the remold service from manufacturer defect. crush or chipped
out shells are not covered. No other refund policies apply to the remold.

*Cancelled & Abandoned Orders:

USA:
Cancelled Orders where impressions have not been received are accessed a $20 (PER KIT) imp kit fee.
Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $40)
If shells are complete a total of $100 shell fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Refunds can take up to a week to process

NON-USA:
Cancelled Orders where impressions have not been received are accessed a $35 (PER KIT)  imp kit fee.
Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $55)
If shells are complete a total of $100 fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Refunds can take up to a week to process

EBAY:
Cancelled Orders from Ebay where impressions have not been received are accessed a $20 (PER KIT)  imp kit fee + Ebay Fee's..
Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $55)+ Ebay Fee's.
If shells are complete a total of $100 fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Refunds can take up to a week to process
Non-USA EBAY: Cancelled Orders from Ebay where impressions have not been received are accessed a $35 (PER KIT)  imp kit fee + Ebay Fee's..
Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $55)+ Ebay Fee's.
If shells are complete a total of $100 fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
Refunds can take up to a week to process

ABANDONED ORDERS THAT ARE NOT FULFILLED BY CUSTOMER AFTER 6 MONTHS ARE DEEMED VOID - NON REDEEMABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

WARRANTY REPAIRS USA: MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE ITEM TO ALIEN EARS  BUT NOT THE RETURN SHIPPING.
WARRANTY REPAIRS OTHER: MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE ITEM TO ALIEN EARS AND RETURN SHIPPING OF ITEM. ($30)
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS: MUST PAY FOR THE INITIAL SHIPPING TO ALIEN EARS AND THE RETURN SHIPPING FROM ALIEN EARS.
THIS INCLUDES THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD. There are no handle fee's just the actual nominal shipping charge.




IMPORTANT
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER.  ALIEN EARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED. 

 THIS WARRANTY SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED OR INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT.

HOLD HARMLESS:
BY PURCHASING ALIEN EARS CUSTOM PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO HOLD ALIEN EARS AND ALIEN ARTIFACTS LLC.
HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR HEARING OR EARS DUE TO IMPRESSION MAKING OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
