90 DAY FIT GUARANTEE:
Alien Ears provides a 90 day unlimited fit warrant from the original shipping date

1 YEAR LIMITED:
Material defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date.  Damage or breakage due to use contrary to Alien Ears instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the Product is not covered by the warranty, nor is the cord.  Replacement cords are available at www.AlienEars.com/replace.htm

Alien Ears is a full service lab and can repair our products. (as well as others)
Repair estimates are available upon request.

When emailing please state the problem you are having and anything you think will help us in the repair.

WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE ITEM TO US BUT NOT THE RETURN SHIPPING.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST PAY FOR THE INITIAL SHIPPING TO US AND THE RETURN SHIPPING FROM US.
THIS INCLUDES THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD. There are NO handle fee's just the actual nominal shipping charge.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER.  ALIEN EARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.  THIS WARRANTY SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED OR INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT.

HOLD HARMLESS:
BY PURCHASING ALIEN EARS CUSTOM PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO HOLD ALIEN EARS AND ALIEN ARTIFACTS LLC.
HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR HEARING OR EARS DUE TO IMPRESSION MAKING OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
